Exotica fans will treat the reissue of this super-rare album as a Holy Grail of sorts, akin to, say, garage band collectors eager to snap up the re-release of a highly rated, locally pressed '60s rock LP. The rest of you are probably better off sticking with the Martin Denny best-of, if you get that far. In other words, if you swoon over Martin Denny, you're not going to be disappointed with this somewhat more sedate and dignified effort; otherwise, you'll find it competent but superfluous.
