Via Holy Moly today. And about fucking time Robbie. Stop being a lazy git and entertain us again. I miss you. You were the first celeb to ever smile and give me the eye in London whilst going to dinner in Notting Hill and for 9 years, I've been waiting for that to happen again..."Robbie Williams is 100 percent guaranteed to be touring the UK late 2009. Hepersonally phoned or emailed each ba...
A source said : " ' Rudebox ' was not Robbie's greatest work and things went very quiet for him afterwards. Robbie, whose next LP is due for release on EMI in September 2009, could follow Madonna, U2 and Jay Z and sign a mega deal with concert promoters Live Nation. Since the release of ' Rudebox ', Robbie has been living in Los Angeles, where has developed an obsession with UFOs and decided to...
This is despite Gary Barlow stating that they don't need Robbie and Robbie doesn't need them. Take That have proven they can be successful without Robbie. And does Robbie want or need Take That?
To add to the conversation that davesonic started in his post today about EMI, Guy Hands and the label's musicians, here is another perspective of the music industry - one that many people don't like to discuss. Guy Hands, the "plantation owner" at the head of Terra Firma (the corp that recently purchased EMI), revealed some disturbing stats about the label's album releases to The Guardian. H...

There are just so many odd and amusing things to this album. Besides the perverse attempts at rapping and the two highly indulgent autobiographical tracks toward the end the album, there's "Bongo Bong," which sounds like Robbie Williams's tribute to Gorillaz, but featuring complete gibberish vocals before switching to French halfway through. And then there are two songs that are effectively P...

I swear some day I will actually up date this thing with something other than Robbie. But right now I'm listening to Feel. And I was just remembering seeing Robbie perform it live at Knebworth three years ago. It's definitely a very powerful song to hear live. And we may have been three bajillion miles away from the stage, but that song. When he sang it, it sent shivers up my spine. It had the ...
I have to say I've been quite disappointed with 'Intensive Care' and 'Rudebox'. But listening to 'Sing when you're winning makes me remember why I loved Bob in the first place. I am a Take That graduate. And I have followed Robbie all of his solo career. Not obsessively just enough to call myself a fan I guess. But I think this song 'Better Man' will always stand out to me as one of his best. I...

Take That admitted to GMTV this morning they'd ' like ' Robbie Williams to rejoin the band. Gary also revealed he thinks Alexandra should win this year's X Factor? calling her brilliant. " I think it could be anybody at this point … but Alexandra for me, " said Gary.
Can't say I'm a fan, his music is not my cup of coffee, which I prefer dark. He does have my liking for having "addiction" written all over his forehead. However, I fancy 2 songs of his. The first one is Love Supreme that I adore, which happens to have a very good vid as well:The other song of his I like is Rock DJ. Here's its uncut version, in which he demonstrates creativity in pleasing (carn...
EMI is having some problems with its artists and their managers. Earlier this week we reported on the label firing their artist-friendly CEO Tony Wadsworth and rumors that Coldplay, like Radiohead and Paul McCartney before them, would leave the label. Now it seems that another major seller, Robbie Williams, is putting his foot down against the financial restructuring of the label, which was pur...
