MUSIC NEWS - Kinks frontman RAY DAVIES has announced the release of a new album, the imaginative "Kinks Choral Collection" (November 10 release via Decca; re-released in the UK with extra bonus track November 23) and that he will briefly tour the USA to promote the release.  The tour will start up on November 12 in San Francisco at the Warfield, while ending on November 24 in Montclair, NJ.Th
