The Ghost of Tom Joad is the eleventh studio album by Bruce Springsteen, released in 1995. The album is mainly backed by acoustic guitar work and the lyrics on many of the tracks are a sombre reflection of life in the mid-1990s in America and Mexico. Tom Joad is the hero of John Steinbeck's The Grapes of Wrath.

Renegades....what an album. It didn't get the attention it deserved due to being entirely covers and being released on the heels of the band's breakup in 2000. This album has some amazing stuff. For a few months when my addiction itches, it has been the album I reach for. Unfortunately they never released official videos and have only played a few of these songs live. could anyone recommend a rage against the machine album to get? i already own renegades, but i now know that its an album of only cover songs (not really complaining, although pistol grip pump will get stuck in your head for the day). please recommend any good rage against the machine albums with original stuff on it.
