I was talking with someone at work about iron-ons and I brought up the kind we used to wear as kids. Remember the old style baseball t-shirts? We could get anything ironed on the front of them. I had a very sparkly REO Speedwagon one. I wore it with my terry cloth shorts and tube socks. Those were the days of high fashion...

I hope I am not alone feeling like this but New Year's Eve just kinda bums me out. I am curious what your New Year's Peeves are. Here is an abbreviated list of mine: 1. Amateur drunks. If you are gonna do anything well in life there is usually a training period. Please respect the drink and get in shape beforehand. 2. One of my favorite bands from the 80s is still kicking around and having a great time making more music. REO Speedwagon just released a Christmas single, I Believe in Santa Claus, and they're giving it away free on their website.

Aaah Kevin Cronin, lead singer of the 70's power-band REO Speedwagon (who, by the way, still raawwwk!). Perhaps the geekiest guy to ever front a rock band. I mean, c'mon now. Look at the poor guy.
