So I'm just going to say that I love when my favorite bands record/play really good covers (minus cartel doing wonderwall live, because well yeah, like THAT was original. and it wasn't even good). I really enjoyed Anberlin's cover of Love Song and Hellogoodbye doing Fight For Your Right , but nothing, I mean nothing gets me better than when bands cover classic old-school ballads--Copeland doing Phil Collins' 'Another Day in Paradise' or the Postal Service doing 'Against Al... If you could interview one band/musician and ask them ANYTHING you wanted, who would you choose and why?
I think I'd want to interview The Beatles. They changed the path of music and continue to have an impact on both musicians and listeners today. I'm not too sure what I'd ask them yet, but I'm sure I'd do a ton of research to come up with the correct questions before sitting down with them.
