Went to see Qui last night, and was treated to a great show. Not a big crowd, which is ok by me. Lozen, a female sludge metal duo from tacoma washington opened the show, and layed down some heavy lines for us to ponder. Qui topped off the bill, and did not disappoint. they feature the guitarist and drummer from l.a.'s gentleman callers, and jesus lizard/scratch acid frontman david yow on vocal duties. yow is a freaky little mo fo, and was tons of fun to watch manicly ...
