I totally impulse purchased this track last night, having only heard it once, four years ago on KPSU. I remembered it completely different than it is, and the way I remembered it was better. I guess there is a lesson in there somewhere.
I'm not saying this is bad, but it seems rather inessential and I know I could have put that dollar to better use.

Two things tonight. I am seeing mewithoutYou tomorrow and Pretty Girls Make Graves on monday. I listen to both bands and think that they both stand out for being very animated in their music. This is PGMG's last tour and I will take plenty of photos if allowed.

Seattle rockers, "Pretty Girls Make Graves", have recently added another stop to their 07'
tour, China. According to their Myspace page, the group added: "Mao Live" in Beijing, Hong Kong(with the venue TBA), "4Live" in Shanghai and rounded out with a second show in Beijing at "D22". The international tour ends there, afterwhich the group will be back in the US to play a nation wide tour.

True to the story of my life, I'm one of the last to find out that one of my favorite bands, Pretty Girls Make Graves, will (has) broken up...
And the closest show on their final tour is six hours away......
To be completely crazy and drive 6 hours to see them....or not be completely crazy and regret it for the rest of my life? Ah me...what a conundrum.

I have absolutely no music by women in my record collection. I may have the odd compilation here or there with women on a track or two, but no "chick rock" or "bitch rappers" or any of that. (Honestly, I find female rappers horrible 90% of the time) I've been meaning to get into Pretty Girls Make Graves, because that girl has a nice voice from the one song I've heard ("This is Our Emergency"). Any suggestions where to start? I'm going to d/l a few tracks right now.... MORE

My friend played some songs by Pretty Girls Make Graves on the weekend and I really dug them. I can't wait to get some of their songs in my library. Does anyone know some songs by them that they could suggest?
