The rain has begun here, and it got me a thinkin'. What is the allure of writing about water? Just think about how many songs you know deal with : rain, the sea, the ocean, rivers, drowning, Floods (ie. my favorite, Peter Gabriel's "Here Comes The Flood.")
I believe we all have a love for the life giving stuff, and reflect it in our art/music.

Last night Brian and I were watching The Tube before we passed out. I love The Tube because they only play music videos, and most of the videos are from the 80's and 90's. Last night they played "Sledgehammer" by Peter Gabriel Brian and I were discussing how awesome the video is and pondered long it took for them to make the video.
