Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds have released a book which focuses on their latest album. The book, 'DIG, LAZARUS, DIG!!!: The Book' is "a strictly limited edition, hard back, four inch square book, forty-six pages long, with three inch CD inside with the track 'Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!!'." The new Nick Cave And The Bad Seeds album, Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!! is playing here at the office. It's so good that it makes it hard to concentrate on anything else. I'd been wondering what the next Bad Seeds would sound like after last year's Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds subset band, Grinderman, put out a raw and purile self-titled album about not getting enough sex, and this is not what I expected. Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds will be sampling his new biblically-inspired album Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!! in Europe this spring. Cave & Co jump start the tour on April 21st in Lisbon, Portugal. A new Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds video was released today. The video features the title track for the group's upcoming album Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!!(Mute). It can be viewed at:

I'm just as confused as you are.
The one good thing to note is that Nick is keeping his creepy old man 'stache. I think it suits him well.
The album, DIG, LAZARUS, DIG!!!, will be released on March 3, 2008. The single of the same name will be released February 18 2008.

Nick Cave's 14th studio album will be released March 3rd and called Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!!. The single, which bares the same name as the album's title, will be released before.
