Have you heard Natalie Walker's cover of the Counting Crows classic "Colorblind"? It's beautiful. In fact, you should check out the full cd and the remixes (on iTunes). Besides her great voice, the cd is full of pianos, acoustic guitars, and nice electronic touches. I believe you'll find it hard not to enjoy.
