While Neil and Rachel's Mojave 3 have possibly had a more high profile career since Slowdive disbanded, Christian Savill's Monster Movie has consistantly put out beautiful, interesting and diverse albums. True, Monster Movie sounds more like Slowdive than Mojave 3 ever has, but I don't believe that's the intention or the point. There's something in the sense of melody and harmonies in Monster Movie's work that just harkens back to the best parts of their previous band. The... MORE
