This shocks me with all the success that MOBY has had. Just read the news right here on this web page mag | AWAL Client Portal His label went under therefore he is not signed. So is he independent? No one wants to sign him? Or he is not signing with a major label?
He moves units. Hmm..moby is on to something if he does not sign with a label. It is called being in control of your work! (and making that money). Just remember what you may have witnessed with the Prin... MORE

Moby's got a new video for "I Love To Move In Here," a track from Last Night his album released about a month ago. The setting looks like some Lower East Side cabaret/dance floor that's complete with midget clowns, trannys, octopus and some break dancing...the normal stuf you'd see on any given Friday night. Gotta give it to the MOb-ster...the song is a mellow lounge track...that you'll want to hear again. It kinda reminds me of his Play days which is a very good thing. ... MORE

The follow-up, "18," continued in a similar vein, musically and otherwise; a... MORE
Moby still has it!! His new album Last Night is MDMA without the MDMA...and I wish I had some. smirk
Moby fans are probably aware that he is releasing a new album soon, Last Night on Mute. You may have also seen the recently released video for "Alice" which features Nigerian rappers Smokey and S.O. Simple from 419 Squad plus Aynzil. Today Moby revealed more details about how this collaboration came about. According to a report on NME, Moby describes it thus:
"The song 'Alice' started with a mistake. There's this effect that I have, a very old proto-distortion pedal, an... MORE
Moby just uploaded his brand new video for "Disco Lies" from his upcoming new album Last Night and here it is:

well not really but he did once!
he made the album animal rights that actually had some old school punk and hardcore on it. it was always funny to me to play some of these tracks at punk rock parties then tell people they were listening to moby. I made 20$ that way once from some drunkass who didn't believe me. anyway Here's my favorite song from animal rights kinda a post grunge alternative thing.
