The title of this post is something that P.O.S. said before Minus The Bear got on stage at the Tripple Rock friday night. So one thing is these guys rock to begin with. I had no idea what there live show was going to be like. I have really only been to harder rock concerts. Minus The Bears music is more of a relaxed energy music.
