Just an observation after watching the crowds tonight. I was at a punk rock show at a local bar that sits across the street from a fancy hotel. There was something going on at the hotel because tour busses kept pulling up and unloading groups of 20somethings decked out in fancy clothes. I got a pretty good buzz going on at the moment and yet I want to blog about the DC hardcore scene, ironic huh? Regardless of the DC punks attitude about drinking their music spoke to me like few others have in my 42 years on this rock.
