Phoenix’s Miniature Tigers, who played our Oct. 13 show with Birdmonster, are streaming a new demo on MySpace called Japanese Woman Living in My Closet. I've been locked out of my wn MOG by some weird bug for about a week, but I am now returned. I have a few bits of music I want to toss up here from the interim. In celebration of being able to fucking use this thing again, have the happiest bit of it. It's a song by local Phoenix band Miniature Tigers who, apart from having a fucking great name, seem pretty damn listenable from what I've heard so far.

Miniature Tigers' new album Tell It To The Volcano (Modern Art Records) is now available for download on iTunes. The record will see a physical release in early 2009. But since this is the internet we don't have to wait until then grab the MP3 of their first single "Cannibal Queen" below!
