This album is like Stereolab took some mescaline and dreamed a psychedielic dream where Nico stars in a David Lynch movie about a girl who's lost her memory and wanders through the desert until Lou Reed or Justin Theroux or, fuck, Mickey Rourke rescues her, wipes away her smudged eyeliner, and tells her everything she wants to know, everything she needs to hear, and she... Hello! I’m back from the show! (see below) I’ll start by saying that the girls in this band are the powerhouses behind the music. Their live show was awesome, with the girls switching up instruments, between keyboards, drums, vocals, flute, tamborine, and bass. WOW ! I LOVE bands that do that… (see broken social scene).
