Spanish een pop sensation Melody (born Melodia Ruíz Gutiérrez) made her debut at the age of ten with the release of De Pata Negra, produced by Luis Cantero, aka El Fary. The album included Adrian Benítez and Javi Cantero's compositions and featured the humba/merengue hit single "El Baile del Gorila" and the Latin pop allad "Besos de Cristal."
