A few weeks back the rumor mill was ablaze with talk that the Big Four of Thrash (METALLICA, MEGADETH, SLAYER and ANTHRAX) talking about touring together. If metal is your bag, pick up Megadeth's Endgame
about 1 month ago

I expected nothing, but it's pretty insane, new guitarist is ridiculous. It's early, but I'd say easily best since Youthanasia, and I think I enjoy it more. It's more thrash like pre-countdown releases. The new guy is so good you won't even miss Marty. Best guitar album I've heard in a long time, can't wait to see it live. I definitely didn't see this coming!

CD review: MEGADETH, "Endgame"

by Ben ApatoffLike recent SLAYER or IRON MAIDEN, every new MEGADETH release comes an inevitable wave of "return to form" and "best since the classic era" hype. Only this time, you'll be sorry if you don't believe it. Endgame is Megadeth's first album in years to be more entertaining than a DAVE MUSTAINE feud, and [...]

Healthcare is a Good, Not a Right...Rock 'N' Roll 'N' Paulitics...(Ron Paul)

Political philosopher Richard Weaver famously and correctly stated that ideas have consequences. Take for example ideas about rights versus goods. Natural law states that people have rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. A good is something you work for and earn. It might be a need, like food, but more "goods" seem to be becoming "rights" in our culture, and this has troubling c...

Here some Megadeth and White Zombie on The David Letterman
about 1 year ago

I met both Dave's just before they put their first one out. They were a three piece at the time. The drummer at the time was a good friend of a female friend of mine. We never thought they hit it this big when we saw and heard the first one. From what I remember at the time they chose the name "Megadeth" to impress Megaforce records. My favorite from them to date is Hanger 18. Me and my buds at ...
