Somewhat under the radar this week, Marshall Crenshaw released his first complete album of new material since 2003's What's in the Bag? Still listening, but my first impressions are good. Strong songs, great guitars, and kind of a mature power pop vibe. This track is a standout so far. Good to have him back.
Marshall Crenshaw's new album "Jaggedland" is out this month. Marshall brought along a number of talented artists like Jim Keltner and Mike Viola to play on the album. This song, "Live And Learn", was co-written with Matt Bair and Dan Bern.
