From the Dutch Progressive Rock site, the following story. Also, see their site for a contest to put a video together using the song I've posted here. MARILLION: The new Marillion album, Happiness Is The Road, which is due out October 20th, has been deliberately leaked to the Internet... but with a twist! Today, Marillion become the first band anywhere in the world to release their new album (Happiness Is the Road) legally using P2P (Peer to Peer) internet networks for... MORE
Goodnight my love
I'm so alone
And so surrounded
By your sweet memory
I cannot sleep
For all these dreams
They come to play
Till dawn comes stealin' them away..
The fruit of the wild rose
Hangs here with summer gone
Voluptuous crimson
As the days become colder
The fruit of the wild rose
In a warmer country
Where the sea meets the land
You may walk with your baby
In the afternoon
Perhaps some aroma
From a street caf
Might sadden your eyes
Carry you away... MORE

There's been a whole host of new prog rock in the past few months, so I figured I'd take a few minutes to tackle everything I've heard so far... So to start out: Marillion - Somewhere Else2 stars I love Marillion , but this is a placeholder if I've ever heard one. Everything moves at the same, deliberate pace - nothing is bad, but nothing stands out either. Basically take all the good tracks off _Marbles_ and _Anoraknophobia_ and this what you are left with. Sad, becau... MORE
