Oakland based metal group Machine Head apparently were rejected by Disney when they set out to play the House of Blues venue in Anaheim, a Disney joint. Why have I started to listen to Machine Head? They share their name with a "Deep Purple album":http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Machine_Head_%28album%29 for example, who I may have liked if I was born 30 years earlier than what I was.
