MUSIC NEWS - We're told New Orleans-based eclectic/innovative rockers, MUTEMATH has just completed their second full-length album for Teleprompt/Warner Bros. Records entitled “ARMISTICE.” Recorded in New Orleans and Oxford, MS and produced by Dennis Herring (Elvis Costello, Modest Mouse, The Hives), the record is scheduled for release on August 18. Out of curiousity I decided to listen to the new transformers theme from the new movie that I will see tomorrow night followed by getting horribly drunk to erase the raping that will occur to my childhood.Anyways, Mutemath, only thing I know about them is from my friend Dave who says they are a christian band. Now, Lion who did the theme for the old animated movie... I know even less about them...
