MGMT, pronounced management formed while studying music at Connecticut's Wesleyan University. Now based in Brooklyn, the duo, Andrew VanWyngarden and Ben Goldwasser, make acid-washed rock that has the pair running through the savannah like a pack of wild aborigines, while singing of cocaine and heroin binges, on the track "Time To Pretend." The track is of the duo's debut Oracular Spectacular.

You know that feeling you get every once in a while a song grabs you and won’t let go? If you haven't already heard of them, MGMT, formerly known as, The Management, is an up-and-coming band from Brooklyn, New York. MGMT's debut album, Oracular Spectacular was digitally released in October of 2007 and features the band's hit single "Time to Pretend ". The track was first seen on the band's 2005 Time to Pretend EP, but was also remastered for the Oracular Spectacular album.
