M. Ward is absolutely one of my favorite artists. Words cannot even begin to describe the way his voice sounds both in the studio and on stage. So smoothe, but in a smokey, scruffy way. I believe he's way underrated, though I did notice his last album Post-War make a few top lists last year, and that was great to see. This song that I've included is not on that album, it's on a much older one. But god, it doesn't matter...old, new, they are all amazing. The last time I saw... MORE

Actually you can blame this one on Amy H....i was all ready to go to bed and then i read her rain inspired post, which in turn put this song into my head...these sort of things happen when you are constantly thinking in song lyrics.
So now I will listen to this, THEN call it a night...good night MOGland, I will be here all week!
