The East L.A. roots rock band Los Lobos will have a new album - their 14th - released on September 12. The Town And The City was produced by Tchad Blake, who previously worked with the band on Kiko and This Time, and was a member of the Los Lobos side project, the Latin Playboys. Los Lobos are back.
