This is my favorite song off the album "North". Logh once again reinvents themselves as we hear the intimate side of their shoegaze/indie act. They do less tinkering than I've ever heard. The entire album shifts into a whole new songwriting gear and it appears these Swedes are pining for a place for the everyday music goer. Don't get me wrong, I am not calling them sell-outs of any kind. Logh? Sell-outs??? Hell no!!! I will say that "North" is more cohesive materia... MORE

I've MOGed about these guys before. This song is from their 2005 release "A Sunset Panorama". Give it a listen...awesome!!!

So Logh's Album North will be coming out soon. It seriously is a great record. Very piano driven. The vocalist has also improved. Logh is one of my favorite all time bands but this new album is unstoppable. If you haven't heard this band i suggest anyone who reads this and enjoys melodic, chill, and beautiful music to buy a Logh record.
I put this song as a teaser. It so far has been on repeat many times. Listen to it, i promise you'll be hooked.

Logh hailing from Lund, Sweden is one of my favorite bands. It's a pleasure to be able to share with you the sounds they produce. Their mixture of shoegaze, indie, and lo-fi make this band easily one of the best to have ever come out of Sweden.

My friend Calvin (Pioneer) sent me this cd the other night. When he was describing to me what I was about to hear, he used words like "beautiful" and "pretty." I hadn't heard a "beautiful" album for a long time, so that got me excited. Now that I've listened to the cd a couple times I am not at all disappointed or felt let down by the description. I'm probably way behind the times with this one, but _A Sunset Panorama_ by Logh is good to listen to. I don't know much about them, but it reminds me of a less-noisy Godspeed You Black Emporer...without the marathon songs. Or maybe this is what Nada Surf would sound like covering Sonic Youth songs?
