The latest UK darling to hit these shores.
An overall happy album.
Well, in the way that Madness albums were happy. Upbeat, danceable ska-laden grooves, but the lyrics involve sometimes very trying social cirmcumstances.
Definitely my summer album!

I can't make up my mind about Lily Allen. On one hand, her album is very clever, very polished, very slick and well-assembled pop. And it does remind me of summer in London, which I do miss sometimes. But on the other hand, these songs also remind me of all the things I hate about typical British clubber girls.
