Oh that Dev Hynes. Lightspeed Champion has a new video for his song "Tell Me What It's Worth" which will be included on his future album, Falling Off The Lavender Bridge. Domino Records is releasing the album in January Lightspeed Champion - "Tell Me What It's Worth" Fader reported this about the new video:

I've actually never heard of Lightspeed Champion before, have you? All I know is that he is taking over UK magazines like a Champion at Lightspeed. No, really. Today, when I went to peruse two of my fave online dailies, he had interviews, photos and video in both. hEllo then So, I don't write that much in the MOG, but I'm certain I'll begin to change that from NOW (if work allows me to). But anyway, straight no sugar on this matter. I'm returning from the studio, today I had to record some vocals, and truth be told I'm one shitty singer...actually I don't quite sing as much as I scream, and not in your typical Macho/Nu-Metal way...I sound like an alcoholic gremlin waking up in a cheap motel after a night of heavy drinking.... The last minute addition of Lightspeed Champion to the BV showcase took this show from "can't miss" to "best lineup of CMJ" in a heartbeat and the result was a freaking packed stage area in front of the former Test Icicle. It also led to one of the weirdest drum sets in recent memory as his drummer spent most of the set cymbal-less. Weird, but also strangely awesome at the same time. Anyhow,

Intorducing Lightspeed Champion the new alias of Devonte 'Dev' Hynes, formerly of defunct Test-Icicles. I have been listening to him for a month or so now and really enjoy him. Completely different turn from what he did with the Test-Icicles, much more mellow but still just as catchy and dancable. Yet another jem from Domino Records.
