All Music GuideRodriguez's finest and very underappreciated recording stands out as one of the top Puerto Rican albums (of any genre). By the inspiration of Rafael Cortijo, Rodriguez belts out commentary on aristocracy, hipocrisy, freedom, dreamers, and sundry other topics. He has never been better, both as singer and a songwriter. Kudos to Jose Pujals for his superb arrangements, especially for "Libre."
