So I went to my local music store the other day. Well, we have a lot of those, really. But I went to the only good one, called Monster. It's still not great, but on a good day you can find a good used album or two. This day was exceptional, though. I was on a tight budget so I could only buy about $20 worth, and I must've put at least twice that back. Here;s what I got: The Mars Volta, De-loused in the Comatorium

......pseu pseu sue Phil Collins for putting diarrhea unto the airwaves and making the Russians want to nuke us in the 80's. and to think he was put upon us like by the likes of a christian rock band no less(see Genesis-not the scripture). My ex is the first person to introduce me to this band. A "Jam Band" was the term that he used, one track and I was hooked. Of course, they are in no way a new band or unheard by many, I only know that on a dark night, in a dark room, this is the music that I tend to gravitate toward.
