And, to close out Chapter 20, Kraftwerk Korner proudly presents, in its beautifully perfect entirety... ...yep, you guessed it. "Trans-Europe Express." When I first heard this song I was hooked. A few listens more and I was in love. Compared to a lot of other excellent Kraftwerk songs, to me this one just oozes perfection. [I'm sure someone's bound to say, _No way!! I'm working in Stuttgart at the moment, hence the lack of recent posts. I have to get the train to and from Frankfurt, the ICEs i.e. fast ones, and I can't stop singing Trans-Europe Express to myself. So I thought it time to revisit Kraftwerk, always a personal favourite. Searching YouTube and I find I'm not the only fan: I'm sure he means it in a nice way.
