King Khan & The Shrines live was a hell of a thing. If they come anywhere near you, get there. Khan has stage presence that most frontmen couldn't dream off and their keyboard player is a human fucking whirlwind. The guys opening for them here, The Jacuzzi Boys, were pretty good and very Black Lips-ish. Concert definitely cheered me up a bit when i was needing it quite a bit post the weekend of near-death experiences. It also, sadly, reaffirmed pretty much all my misgivin... MORE

There are times in life when the possibilities seem immense. We call these the days of youth. And from what Im able to see right now were doing pretty well. Sitting in the top sliver of wealth during the most ridiculous empire in world history. In fact, Im not even writing this with a pen.
