While i was searching Feist's stuffs, Keren Ann is one of similar artist. I had heard her album, Nolita (2004) but did not get into much. Here is review i got: "Unlike Mazzy Star or even Feist, Keren Ann shows that she can rise above the slyly sensual signing style to deliver actual croons.
