I just returned from a concert at a complete hole in the wall. The kind of place that makes you want to kill yourself. I don't know how the play-things of Jenny Lewis and Conor Oberst found themselves in this spot, but they did, and they brought a guitar-shredding member of the Team Love family with them. First of all, I absolutely love the Granda Theater in Dallas. This was my fifth show there and I have never had any problems with it. It was quite a nice change from the people at the Palladium Ballroom, where I saw Bright Eyes a couple of nights before. Everyone that worked there, especially this one man, seemed to have a stick up their ace. Anyways, what a great lineup. Johnathan Rice was absolutely amazing.
