This is a really far out tune when Jimi plays it live, it's even faster. Like at the Newport Jazz festival on Sept 22 1969. It is in the middle of a long jam, and unless you were listening closely you might miss it. For 5 minutes, Jimi goes into crazy animated playing mode at hyper-speed.
