It seems only fitting that since I rarely MOG anymore, that when I do return to mog...and mog drunkenly(drog if you will) that instead of playing the ACTUAL song from the best drinking band of all time, that I choose a cover.
Does everyone get my metaphor? Or is it only rational in my whiskey flooded head?

The Apple Store in Soho A viewing of the new documentary about the making of Jesse's album in New York and L.A. by Jo Jo Pennebaker (son of D.A., who did Don't Look Back and Monterey Pop) Jesse Malin live and acoustic, just him and a keyboardist. Sparse and intimate with just enough punch. Anthemic acousto rockers, images of life in NYC, and intimate, pretty numbers as well. There are some very well written songs on Glitter in The Gutter, including this Replaceme... MORE

Singer/songwriter Jesse Malin returns with a new record, and he is bringing backup. Bruck Springsteen,Jakob Dylan, and Ryan Adams all chip in with guest vocals and writing credits on 'Glitter in the Gutter'.
Here is my favorite track so far, 'Aftermath'...

Ok, so I am sure that not many of you have heard of Jesse Malin, but you really should. His new album "Glitter in the Gutter" is just amazing and he just joined Green Day's label, so I am sure that he will be getting some exposure soon.

One last post for tonight....had to get this off of my chest!
Am I the only person who doesnt think Dane Cook is funny at all? I thought this before he made a movie co-starring Jessica Simpson...I just don't like the guy...
