It was a weirdly warm day here in Chicago today as my younger son and I "L" and bussed it to the Adler Planetarium. For some reason the day had a feeling of vaudeville in it for me and this song fits like a violet kidskin glove.

Traveling is tiring. Especially when your flight is delayed by 3-ish hours and you get home in the wee hours of the morning. I blame this for my lack of eloquence and usual lengthy but informative musical chatter on this mog post.
