This is a weird little tidbit of music that I've been hoarding for a couple of years. I thought I'd share it, because, well, I'm on a bit of a "Dead" streak, and what good is music if you can't share it with people who love, and live, music, right???
The Grateful Dead rolled into Foxboro, Mass on July 2nd, 1989 to start the '89 Summer Tour. Big album, big plans, and a big tour were the foreshadowing of what was to become one of the most exciting tours in the latter part

A great filmmaker passed away Monday. While most of his movies fall into the foreign arthouse category, one in particular left it's mark on American audiences.
Antonioni's _Zabriskie Point_ [1970], contained an excellent soundtrack, featuring a still-developing Pink Floyd , and the Grateful Dead.
