A long white coated person in the state of Washington sent me a sweet mix tape and a cool t-shirt from a local brewery! How sweet is that? Oh, I can not forget the sweet beer mug that grows in water after 72 hours! Mmmmm yummy. Second, I got a pretty dang sweet Secret Santa gift from Steve Simon. ...No, I do not have a hangover today. (but maybe tomorrow morning I will) Here is a great You Tube video of a concert I was at. I had no idea this existed until a friend of mine sent it my way yesterday. This was such a great show. It was Jason Collett opening for Feist on January 29th, 2006. This was the first time I had seen him in concert and he really blew my socks off. Enjoy this video, it is great! Feist came out and sang with him, so it was just one of those ... MORE

Kind of a pessimistic title for a Mother's day isn't it? Oh well...
Jason Collett is part of the insanely talented Broken Social Scene collective, and his solo record 'Idols Of Exile' is fantastic....
Here is my favorite off of that album...its beautiful, and sadly true

Just reading the Fedge tribute page exhausted me...so i think i will post about music instead of posting about other people's posts.
I like music...i like this song...its one of the fist videos I ever posted on MOG..wow, have i really been MOGging for 8 months? Seems like only yesterday...
