Here is an interesting rock mystery. Who is Jandek? Nobody really knows for sure. Some say he a musician living in the Houston area. Some say Jandek is a group that keeps its secrets well kind of like the Residents (in fact the mystery is a lot like the Residents and the early days of Ralph Records). I picked track this because it is a good pound your fist on the steering wheel, step on a flower, scowl whenever you want, play loud, break a paint brush in two kind of song.

I think fist needs a little "WOW, who knows what".
I love the fact that Jandek actually uses a music stand.

So I just bought tickets to see Jandek at Tonic (I think it is at Tonic). I'm hella excited. I have no idea what to expect. I know, I could listen to a live show or something, but I prefer the mystery of the documentary. It's a good watch, for those marginally interested. I still cannot believe I am going to see Jandek. WTF?!
From the introductory crashes of "Not Even Water," our first live exposure to Jandek presents him at what is arguably his most spectacular.
