So Brett got us tickets to a private show to see Huey Lewis and the News at the Westin. I had no clue they were even still together. I wasn't a big fan of their music. I got up front to check out the guitar. Only cause I saw sitting there, a white fender strat. I wanted a closer look. The guitarist must have seen me check it out, cause at the end of the set, he came over and handed me his pick and let me play it. Anyway, I enjoyed them. They were very entert... MORE

I really am. Right now, as I type this, I'm on the phone with Huey Lewis. Huey Lewis and the News. That guy. He's on the phone and I'm talking to him. Hah.
If anyone is interested, I know what hotel he's staying at in June at the beach, because I totally just made his reservation.
I also laughed really loudly when he told me who he was, but I think we've moved past that and we're getting along quite well.
He has a cool accent.

VH1 is replaying I Heart the 90's for the kabillionth time, and I am, of course, watching it for the 999 kamillionth time (I missed it once to watch a rerun of a very special episode of Blossom).
