Some Inspiration

On Tuesday, I posted a song by Yoko Kanno called "Cyberbird" and hinted that the song was inspired by another song. Well, now it's time to reveal that song. The song is called "Battersea" by the group Hooverphonic. I had discovered the group and bought their album Blue Wonder Power Milk only weeks before I heard "Cyberbird" and realized how similar the two sounded. "Cyberbird" isn't a direct ripoff, but when you listen to both songs, you can hear the similarities.
