My friend just had her first-she says only-child! Head Automatica revealed plans of a short U.K. trek this week. Their first in a brief string of shows takes place on May 23rd at Southampton University. Here's the thing...I really liked Decadence (or Tokyo Decadence depending on which copy you picked up). And I liked them (if not loved them) live. They had this great vibe with each other. The problem? This album is really pop-esque. Think one of those crappy pop bands like (I'm bad at this, I don't really know any so...) Fall Out Boy, or something.
