Why a self-titled album? Perhaps Hatebreed felt this year’s To The Lions covers album had separated them from their main objective. Perhaps, as this is the first original album to feature their newcomer guitarist Wayne Lozinak, they decided they are the whole new breed of hate! Perhaps it’s that they’ve been changing their sound, something [...]
Hatebreed’s metal-orientated approach of hardcore isn’t popular by every hardcore fan, but facts don’t lie. They’ve toured the world multiple times, sold thousands of records and even got a Grammy nomination for their song ‘Live For This’. All in all they’ve been at the front of the hardcore genre since...
Connecticut hardcore pioneers HATEBREED have posted a new track on their MySpace page titled "In the Ashes They Shall Reap". The track is on the band's self-titled release, Hatebreed out September 29 on E1. Leave your thoughts on the song in the comments.
back when I was dating a girl who actually listened to more metal than me, I was introduced to HATEBREED -> she picked me up in a heavy duty F250 duley -> we ate, we jammed to some serious metal, than I got to see all her tattoos -> cool chick, but it obviously didn't last!here's one of their tracks that probably everyone knows, but if not here's PERSEVERANCE
So you may have heard that Hatebreed have a live DVD, Live Dominance, coming out on September 2 (produced by that Josh Wilbur guy!), and they're actually doing something pretty cool to promote it: between now and August 25, you can download four mp3s of songs performed on the DVD for free on the band's [...]~~

Hatebreed and Cannibal Corpse are teaming up this winter to headline the "Decimation of the Nation 2" tour. Hatebreed is touring in support of their self titled CD. The tour will kick off November 6 in Ohio and run through December. The tour will also feature Hate Eternal, Unearth, and Born Of Osiris. File under "things that make you go 'hmmm.'" Other than the fact that they're both heavy, HATEBREED and CANNIBAL CORPSE might be this year's oddest pairing. Are hardcore kids going to get down with the hammer smashed face? Are death metal fans going to stick around for the hardcore pits? Could be a crossover success, [...]
Those rumors that have been floating around are apparently true: Hatebreed's Jamey Jasta is working with Sebastian Bach on the latter's new album. Blabbermouth reports that Jasta has said the following about the collaboration: All the Skid Row/Bach fans need not worry; I am not trying to infuse a Hatebreed/Kingdom of Sorrow sound or style. I'm [...]
The songs on “For The Lions” were carefully selected by HATEBREED to represent a panoramic view of some of their favorite artists and greatest musical inspirations. Having completed the album in 2008, the band felt their work wasn’t done yet and returned to the studio with original guitar player Wayne Lozinak to record [...]Related posts:Death Magnetic Reviews (by Metallica)Metallica - Death

One thing of which I am convinced: Hatebreed doesn't need two guitar players. Seriously: besides like twenty seconds of "I Will be Heard," is there even a Hatebreed song with two guitar parts? I saw the band several times between 2002 and 2005, when Sean Martin - he's the giant, skin head looking motherfucker, FYI [...]
