Reading brendanhalpin post about being stuck with commercial radio and hearing Lulu's "To Sir with Love" reminded me of a somewhat similar circumstance. So last Friday I went to the CD release party for J-Boogie and Sake One's new mixtape, Leftism, at BOCA in SF.
