The Beachdown festival, scheduled to happen over the August bank holiday weekend, has been cancelled due to financial difficulties.The festival, which takes place in the South Downs outside of Brighton, UK, was only in its second year. The organisers have blamed the current economic climate and a lack of support from the banks for the collapse of the festival. The statement on their website reads.
