As of noon today Glossary (Murfreesboro, TN) has released it's 5th studio album in 10 years, and they are giving it away. Glossary has enlisted a little help from their friends in coordinating the Net release of their new CD, The Better Angels Of Our Nature followed by the hard copy release on October 23. The CD will be hand screened in lots of 200 with each batch done by a different artist. This Tuesday's release will be available from a number of sources including peer-to-peer sites. Hey can any body help me find promotional contacts (college radio, alternative papers, good music blogs) in the following towns? I saw Glossary three times this week, and I have to tell you, it was pretty awesome. My friend Steve took some pictures at The Basement (Nashville's best rock club) on Saturday night -
They're going to be touring through the late summer and fall, so check 'em out. They'll also be playing at Mucklewain "A Southern American Rock Festival" in Knoxville on Aug. 19th. See ya there!
