How ya doing? It’s been a while, 10 years at least. I know I haven’t written in a long time. I usually don’t need a reason to drop you a line but I felt this was a good time. I don’t know if you heard, though you probably did, Carlin died this weekend. Heart failure of all things did that bastard in. Funny he went that way. I thought for sure he would have croaked on the golf course, or hit a tree at 75 mph while drunk outta his mind, or choke on a freaking asparagus st... MORE

He'll be missed. At least his legacy will live on through all the comedians he's influenced. Bah, I couldn't sound more cliched...quite true though.

Look, I'm not an irreligious person, but I can't pass this one up. It's just too damn funny.

...I cannot lie, I'm taking a break to watch the "Soul Bowl's" half time shenanigans for myself and as I write this a blue-suited, doo-ragged Prince is singing "Let's Go Crazy"..he's bad but I'm not buying...all of the commercial buildup to this particular moment reminds me of a bit George Carllin did about advertisements a while back...oh, shit, now dude's singin' "Proud Mary"...now he's doing "All Along the Watchtower"...I'm appalled by the Ancient Roman Colisseum-ness o... Not really Leary as George Carlin used to quip about, but really fixed. Really!
I'm an IT guy and some stuff like the problem I had just distracts me till it's fixed.

Not To get all political , but I found this and it sums up my whole arguement for all the domestic/foriegn problems we are having . FDR warned us about the corporate might, and he was a millionaire. If you care to ....watch this 70 year old (respect your elders , they know a lot more than you) drop science like rain.
