Good news! New Efterklang video is now avalibale to see on Youtube. It is for the new single Caravan and delicious. For the millionth time I declare Sigur Rós - Glósóli being one of my favorite videos and I have to say Caravan being a very much look alike to that one. Green green grass, warrior moulded kids, chilly ambiance and all that. There is an additional sunshine visible in Caravan though. Efterklang. From Denmark. Copenhagen, specifically. Five members in the band. Been playing together since 2001. And that's all I really know about them other than they have a very interesting sound! It's nice to listen to a sample of a band and know that, just from that sample, they will be one of your favorite bands.

I am not sure how exactly animated videos started taking over our lives but I remember how impressed I was when I first saw A-Ha's Take On Me which is still one of my all time favorites. After a point all those animations coming out day by day started making me sick really. Some of them are just offending eye repeating themselves where some others are work of genius! Just for those who don't already know thought I'd recommend the BBC's Collective magazine site.Good music section with eclectic selection of album reviews, the chance to play selected full tracks plus full album streams and a 12 of the finest playlist. Special live video sessions and interviews and video features. It's all rather excellent with film, arts and books section as well. Give it a go it's pretty damn good in my opinion.
